Etnia Barcelona traces its roots back to the 1950s, when the founder’s grandfather, Fulgencio Ramo, started a small eyewear factory.

The brand as we know it today was officially founded in 2001 by David Pellicer and his aim was to break from the traditional black-and-brown eyewear palette and introduce bold colours and creative expression.
