TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Promoter: Spex in the City Optical Dispensary (ABN: 52 775 179 697) Shop 2, 890 Beaufort Street, Inglewood WA 6052

Competition Period: July 11 2025 - July 31st 2025. Winner to be announced via Instagram on August 3nd no later than 5pm. 

Eligible Entrants: This competition is eligible to those over the age of 18 and live in the Perth Greater Area. 

How to Enter: Entrants must follow Spexinthecity_Perth on Instagram, like the competition reel and tag minimum 1 person in the comments. To double chances, entrants can make a purchase from Spex in the City Optical Dispensary (minimum of $3 spend), write their Instagram Handle on the supplied form and placed into Entry Box) 

Prize Details: 

  • Lens Voucher is for 1 pair of prescription lenses up to the RRP $1265

  • Lens Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

  • A Valid Optical Prescription must be supplied at time of dispense

  • Lens Voucher can be transferred to the winners nominated person up to 1 time if the winner does not have a valid optical prescription 

  • Voucher can only be claimed at Spex in the City Optical Dispensary Inglewood

  • Optical Frame to be purchased or supplied by winner

  • Winner must supply email address to receive voucher

  • Winner must be a resident of the Greater Perth Area

Winner Selection:

  • Entry closes on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 5pm. 

  • Winner will be selected via a random draw and posted on Instagram Reels no later than 5pm on Sunday, August 3rd 2025

  • Spex in the City reserves the right to redraw if the winner is unable to supply relevant contact details

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified directly via their instagram direct message. The voucher to be distributed via email.

Prize Claim: Prize to be claimed directly in person at Spex in the City Optical Dispensary within 12 months of issue. 

Privacy: Only relevant details will be collected by Spex in the City Optical dispensary in order to process Optical Lens Prescriptions and to meet requires set by professional standards for Optometry. Details are not shared with 3rd parties unless with written permission of the person the details are relevant to.
